What's included: Consultation to identify the correct work category; preparation of the copyright application and Statement of Particulars; assistance with required declarations and supporting documents; filing of the application with the Copyright Office; and updates on status until the diary/registration stage.

What's not included: Government/statutory filing fees (charged separately at actuals); responses to objections or discrepancy notices, and hearing representation, which are quoted separately.

Indicative timeline: Application preparation and filing typically within 3-6 working days after we receive complete details and documents. Processing time at the Copyright Office varies and is outside our control.

Documents typically required: Details of the author and owner; copy/sample of the work; nature of the work; date of publication (if published); and a No-Objection Certificate where applicable.

Fee breakdown: Professional fee Rs. 5,000 + 18% GST (Rs. 900) = Rs. 5,900. The price shown is inclusive of 18% GST. Government/statutory fees are charged separately at actuals and are not subject to GST. Fees and timelines are indicative and may vary with the nature of the work and case complexity.
