What's not included: government/statutory filing fees (payable separately to the Patent Office as per applicant category), prior-art search (available as a separate service), and prosecution/FER responses after filing.
Estimated timeline: 7-12 working days from receipt of complete invention disclosure.
Required documents: invention disclosure / description, any existing draft, sketches or drawings, and known prior art if available.
Fee: Professional fee Rs. 30,000 + 18% GST = Rs. 35,400 (price shown is inclusive of 18% GST). Government/statutory fees are separate and billed at actuals.
