What's included: Assistance identifying the correct class, drafting the goods/services description, preparation of the application and required declarations, and filing in one class with the Trademark Registry.

What's not included: Government/statutory filing fees (paid separately as per official rates, which differ for individuals/startups/small enterprises versus others), objection/examination responses, opposition, and hearings, which are separate services.

Indicative timeline: 2-4 working days for preparation and filing after we receive complete inputs. Registry processing timelines are governed by the Registry and are outside our control.

Documents typically required: Applicant details and KYC, a clear copy of the logo (if applicable), and the list of goods/services.

Fee breakdown: Professional fee Rs. 6,000 + 18% GST (Rs. 1,080) = Rs. 7,080 (for one class). Price shown is inclusive of 18% GST. Government/statutory fees are charged separately at actuals and are not subject to GST. Filing does not guarantee registration; the outcome depends on examination and any objections/oppositions. Fees and timelines are indicative and may vary with the number of classes.
